Mary-Louise E. Millett, MPH, is a PhD candidate in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and the inaugural recipient of the SPH Doctoral Student Fellowship. Her research integrates implementation science, cancer screening, and geospatial methods to advance equity in cancer control and chronic disease management. She focuses on leveraging primary care as a foundation for identifying high-risk populations and improving comprehensive healthcare delivery.
